Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the AI Visibility Score tool and deliver our services: the website URL you submit, your name, WhatsApp number, and email address when you request a report or book a call. We use this to run your AI-search check, send your report, and contact you about your audit — nothing else.

We use third-party tools for analytics, WhatsApp messaging (via the WhatsApp Business API), and payment processing. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Terms of Service

Engagement terms:Presence Only and Presence + Growth are each governed by a separate scope of work agreed before payment. Pricing is set by your monthly order volume tier, in INR (or USD for clients outside India), and billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee. The monthly fee is charged only after your listing first appears on the main page. Setup generally takes 3–6 months from the day work starts, and until then only the setup fee applies. Once you're listed, the monthly fee maintains the whole setup. Tool costs (WhatsApp platform, voice-agent minutes, etc.) are billed separately at actual cost.

Term & guarantee:There is no fixed minimum term for Presence Only or Presence + Growth. We work dedicatedly, at no extra fees, until your listing appears in AI prompts within 3–6 months of starting. If we don't achieve that, we refund your setup fee.

How the refund guarantee works:

  • What "listed" means: before payment, we agree in writing the target prompts and the AI engines (for example ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity). You count as listed when your brand is named in the answers to those target prompts on those engines.
  • When the clock starts: the 3–6 month period runs from the date your setup fee payment is received.
  • When the refund applies: only if we miss the agreed target within that period. If work is delayed on your side — for example late access, approvals or content — the clock is paused for the length of the delay.
  • What is refunded: the setup fee you paid, in full. Monthly fees are not charged before you are listed, and tool costs billed at actual cost are not part of the refund.

Tier changes:If your rolling 3-month average order volume moves above your tier's ceiling, you move to the new rate at the next billing cycle, plus an incremental setup fee (~50% of the gap between tiers).

Proof Sprint Credit:Clients who complete a Proof Sprint engagement and sign up for a Presence Only or Presence + Growth engagement within 60 days of the Proof Sprint's completion date will receive a credit equal to the full Proof Sprint fee you paid (₹24,999, or $500 for clients outside India) applied against their setup fee. This credit window is fixed at 60 days and is not extended under any circumstance. The Proof Sprint itself carries no minimum term and is billed as a one-time, non-recurring fee.
