We collect the minimum data needed to run the AI Visibility Score tool and deliver our services: the website URL you submit, your name, WhatsApp number, and email address when you request a report or book a call. We use this to run your AI-search check, send your report, and contact you about your audit — nothing else.
We use third-party tools for analytics, WhatsApp messaging (via the WhatsApp Business API), and payment processing. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Engagement terms: Presence Only and Presence + Growth are each governed by a separate scope of work agreed before payment. Pricing is set by your monthly order volume tier, in INR, and billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee. Tool costs (WhatsApp platform, voice-agent minutes, etc.) are billed separately at actual cost.
Minimum term & exit:6-month minimum term for Presence Only and Presence + Growth. Setup fees and completed months pay for real work already delivered — no refunds on work delivered. If we don't deliver what we promised, you can walk away anytime with 30 days' notice, no penalty.
Tier changes:If your rolling 3-month average order volume moves above your tier's ceiling, you move to the new rate at the next billing cycle, plus an incremental setup fee (~50% of the gap between tiers).
